so i attempted to make these the other day and i've only had tofu once before and i have never made it and it turned out horrible. ive never had any fake meats before except veggie burgers. now im scared to try tofu ever again or any other fake meats. i've only been a vegetarian for 10 months but i don't mind only eating fruits and veggies. i just want to know if there are any other fake meats that taste nothing like tofu because i was debating on trying seitan but now my hope is lost.
